This is the entry-level module introducing the Co-Active coaching model.

Focuses on values, purpose, and helping clients discover what truly matters.

Choice and responsibility
Forwarding action
Working with resistance
Empowering decision-making
Focuses on emotions, presence, and working “in the moment.”

Experiential coaching
Working through difficult emotions
Attuned listening
The integration module combining all previous learning into a unified coaching approach.

After the training modules, coaches enter the professional certification phase.
This includes:
Supervised coaching
Mentor coaching

Successful completion leads to the CPCC designation.
