CoActive CPCC

The CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) pathway from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) consists of these modules, taken in sequence:

1. Fundamentals of Coaching

This is the entry-level module introducing the Co-Active coaching model.

Main focus:

• Powerful questioning

• Deep listening

• Designing relationships

• Coaching vs mentoring/advising

• Core communication skills

2. Fulfillment

Focuses on values, purpose, and helping clients discover what truly matters.

Key themes:

• Identifying values

• Life purpose

• Saboteurs and limitations

• Vision creation

• Helping clients feel fully alive

3. Balance

Focuses on perspective shifts and conscious choice.

Key themes:

• Reframing perspectives

• Choice and responsibility

• Forwarding action

• Working with resistance

• Empowering decision-making

4. Process

Focuses on emotions, presence, and working “in the moment.”

Key themes:

• Emotional awareness

• Presence

• Holding space

• Experiential coaching

• Working through difficult emotions

• Attuned listening

5. Synergy

The integration module combining all previous learning into a unified coaching approach.

Key themes:

• Coaching intuition

• Integrating all Co-Active skills

• Advanced coaching flow

• Coaching framework mastery

• Generative interaction

6. Certification Program (6 months)

After the training modules, coaches enter the professional certification phase.

This includes:

• Supervised coaching

• Mentor coaching

• Feedback sessions

• Coaching business development

• Live assessments

• Final oral examination

Successful completion leads to the CPCC designation.

The modules must be completed in this order:

Fundamentals → Fulfillment → Balance → Process → Synergy → Certification
