Role Overview
As an AI Trainer / AI Coach at somewhere.com, you will train, fine‑tune, and optimize AI systems while coaching internal teams and external users on how to effectively leverage AI tools. This role blends technical expertise with educational and coaching skills, ensuring AI outputs are accurate, ethical, and aligned with user needs.
You will work closely with AI engineers, product teams, and user‑facing stakeholders to improve AI learning models, elevate AI literacy across the organization, and create a culture of informed AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Training & Model Development
Curate, label, and structure high‑quality datasets to train AI models.
Design and execute training protocols for supervised and reinforcement learning tasks.
Evaluate model performance and contribute to iterative improvements.
Collaborate with AI researchers to refine data strategies and improve accuracy.
2. Prompt Engineering & Optimization
Develop, test, and optimize prompts and input structures for large language models and other generative AI systems.
Research best practices and innovative prompting techniques.
Document prompt libraries and usage guidelines for internal teams.
3. AI Coaching & Education
Educate and coach employees and stakeholders on effective AI usage, capabilities, and limitations.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and onboarding programs centered around AI tools.
Provide one‑on‑one coaching for individuals seeking to integrate AI into their workflows.
4. Quality Assurance & Ethical Oversight
Review AI outputs to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with company standards.

5. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Create clear documentation, tutorials, and reference materials for AI tools and processes.

6. User Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Gather, analyze, and act on feedback from internal users and clients.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience working with AI systems, NLP, or machine learning workflows.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in data annotation, prompt development, and performance evaluation.
Coaching or training experience (workshops, onboarding, mentoring).
Deep curiosity about AI trends, ethics, and use cases.
