Session 1: Introduction, Coaching v Mentoring v Therapy

Assignment 1 - Coaching Mentoring vs Therapy - Click here to fill in online

Session 2: Self Study - Personal Developnent Plan, Membership, Diversity, Logbook, Macro Contract

1. Start your personal development plan for 12 months - submit to proactive.projects@gmail.com by 1 May

2. Join Comensa as a Training Coach if you dont apply for full membership

3. Prepare a draft essay on Diversity, specific to yourself - submit by 1 May as above

4. Set up your Comensa Folder and logbook, capture time spent in training, coaching and self study

5. Prepare your Macro Client Contract, if not already available - submit by 1 May as above

Session 3: Contracting

6. Create your Coaching Philosophy, and your Story - Example

Session 4: Ethics

7. Write an essay on Ethics, Comensa requires us to submit this, there are 3 essays to submit

8. Ethics and Code of Conduct essay

Session 5: Coaching Mindset

9. Alistaire mentioned having a discussion internally at IE Group as to who do we refer out to when necessary ie Therapy not Coaching

10. Make a note, we need more Mentor Coaches within IE Group, as certification in future will be mentored, opportunity for IE Group Coaches, and a cost - Do we know any mentor coaches?

11. Session 10: Comensa Behavioral Standard 1 - Contracting - Produce a video of yourself going through the contracting markers of Clear contracting agreement

12. Session 16. We did a check in and asked the team if they are logging their learning hours and coaching hours as we want to be at at least 100 hours by November. We also discussed reviewing the Comensa criteria for certification at Level 1. 

13. We discussed doing 15 minute coaching sessions between coaches which get observed by other coaches.

14. We discussed setting up 1-1 sessions about Making Money as a Coach.
